Each cell phone comes with a standard one year warranty from the manufacturer*. In addition to the one year manufacturer’s warranty, we also offer the Bell Smart/Phone Care Program.

Bell Smart/Phone Care Program

The Bell Smart/Phone Care Program enhances the coverage provided by the manufacturer’s warranty. Cell phones and Smartphones are covered under this program. Two coverage options are available - Smart/Phone Care Plus and Smart/Phone Care Premium. The Bell Smart/Phone Care Program is paid monthly on your Bell Mobility Bill. Prepaid phones are not eligible under this warranty program.
